Está decidido: meus filhos vão crescer no interior. Não tanto pela qualidade de vida, mas sim pra sentirem algo que invejo: o deslumbre com a capital e a alegria na volta pra terra natal.
Há anos acompanho as reações de amigos que vieram pra Porto Alegre estudar e essas duas sensações são bem recorrentes. Como alguém nascido aqui e de pais também nascidos no PORTINHO, não sei o que é descobrir a cidade (e se perder, como muitos) nem torcer pro final de semana chegar e poder dar uma desligada da correria ao voltar pro lugar de nascença.
Tenho certeza que esses sentimentos engrandecem a pessoa. Ter duas cidades te faz enxergar as coisas de uma outra forma, além da possibilidade de optar por uma delas em definitivo quando estiver a fim.
Ainda vai demorar um tempo, mas quando as crias chegarem, arrumo as malas e me escondo em algum canto tranqüilo. Sei que eles vão me agradecer eternamente por propiciar essa experiência. Não dizem que os pais costumam viver algumas coisas através dos filhos?
Pois é. Algo me diz que é verdade.

Pois meu pai fez exatamente isso comigo e com meus irmãos. Mas, infelizmente, eu estava na adolescência...
Com 30 anos e quatro filhos, percebeu que ficando na capital precisaria desprender muita grana para pagar diversão e entretenimento para toda essa criançada. O que fez?!? Comprou um sítio imenso, com piscina, pracinha, porco, gado, galinha e toda a bicharada e levou os filhos pra lá... Hoje quase estou convencida que foi uma idéia genial. E hj tb posso dizer que tomei leite de vaca, ovo da galinha e carne de porco. Não que os outros não sejam, óbvio, mas todos esses tinham um nome: a Malhada, a Calabraza e o Toicinho, as cocós... e por aí vai!

Imagina eu que tenho cinco. Dias desses meu guru, o Dapieve, disse pra um amigo que os alunos que vêm de fora do Rio tem uma noção da vida muito mais madura do que aqueles que nasceram e cresceram aqui. Desde então reflito sobre o tema.

eu nasci em santa cruz do sul, mas meus pais logo vieram para porto alegre. lamento muito isso.
se tivesse me criado em santa cruz, não numa rua com lomba da auxiliadora, talvez eu soubesse jogar futebol hoje em dia.

Cara, espera o primeiro rebento nascer em Porto Alegre e vai pra uma cidade do interior, mas que fique a menos de 60 km da civilização. Dois Irmãos é um bom exemplo. Guris da capital sempre são bem vistos entre as guriazinhas interioranas, além de serem os preferidos das professoras. E nem é tão ruim ter bons cinemas a 50 minutos de casa. É o tempo que levo pra ir até da Cidade Baixa ao Arteplex.
